War of the Ring Faction Tokens Ring-Mount Premium Board Game Upgrade

Creatio Games presents another premium edition of our original eight (8) Faction Tokens—one for each faction in WAR of the RING, the board game of grand strategy based on the tales of J.R.R. Tolkien.

You'll get one glass and metal token for the horse-lords of Rohan, one for the soldiers of Gondor, one for the Northern men, one for the Dwarves of Ered Luin and Erebor, and one for the Elven kingdoms of Lindon, Rivendell, Lothlórien and Mirkwood. Thus shall the Free Peoples be united.

One glass and metal token for the Witch-King in Mordor, one for Saruman in Isengard and one for the combined Southron and Easterling hordes in their ancestral lands. Thus are the forces of darkness gathered for war.

This ultra version features new faction artwork under glass and a metal charm fastened inside an engraved One Ring of Power.

The glassed and colourful side of the token means the faction is active. Flip it over and you get the metal, inactive side.

We at Creatio Games delight in refreshing board game experiences. These tokens are upgrades I designed for my play group in order to more easily intuit the game icons. Now War of the Ring fans from more than 30 countries worldwide enjoy them too.

If the OG cardboard tokens are fast food and the 3D printed stuff is Applebee's, my goal with these is to get a Michelin star. Don't know if I've succeeded, but many hours are spent on the icons themselves—in a way they resemble Middle Earth hieroglyphs. Then, I craft each piece from glass, metal and premium paper, touching things up with ink or paint as needed.
