You will get either 30mm or 25mm wood rounds depending on supply. Each round is laser engraved with a custom-made design revealing the wood grain beneath, then varnished to a satin finish. The original red hunt tiles are now black and inked blood red before the finish is applied.
(Though perfectly suitable for casual games, variations in the wood likely make this item unsuitable for tournament play.)

I didn't realize how poor the contrast was on the red wood tokens with gold paint for the symbols. They are extremely hard to read, and would be better if they had the same black paint as the other red tokens. Edit: After my above review (where I originally had item quality at a "2"), the seller sent me replacements for the tokens that were hard to read, free of charge. While there is some minor discrepancies between the token batches, this is a minor issue (but accounts for the change to a "4" for item quality). I would recommend that buyers specify to the seller that they want uniform coloration on their tokens, at least among tokens of the same type (cream, red, or black as the 3 types). Maybe the seller will correct this issue in the future.

This is a very high-quality piece of work, which I would like to praise at this point. I am very satisfied with the result and I am looking forward to the next use in a game of “War of the Ring”.
